Passionate about patient-centered care and committed to long-term service in his community, Dr. Foutz is excited to begin his professional journey in a place that shaped him. He looks forward to making a meaningful contribution to a region with a growing need for high-quality dental care.

Current Role and Practice

The opportunity to work with Dr. Cole and his wife, Robyn, stood out immediately to Dr. Foutz. Their warmth, professionalism, and shared vision for the practice's future made the decision to join Integrity Dental an easy one. With a deep understanding of the Four Corner’s area and its wonderful people, Dr. Foutz is eager to bring his energy, empathy, and dedication to a team focused on compassionate dentistry. He looks forward to learning from a seasoned mentor like Dr. Cole while laying the foundation for growth in the practice.

Professional Journey

Dr. Foutz earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Utah School of Dentistry. During his time there, he developed a strong interest in restorative and prosthetic care, particularly in procedures that help patients regain both function and confidence. His clinical training emphasized hands-on learning, and he consistently sought out opportunities to expand his skills and deepen his understanding of patient-centered treatment. Prior to dental school, Dr. Foutz completed his undergraduate studies at the University of New Mexico, where he graduated with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. His journey toward dentistry began during college, when a cousin who owned a dental practice invited him to help design digitally printed dentures. That early exposure to dental technology and patient care sparked a lasting interest in the field and ultimately led him to change his academic path from petroleum engineering to the health sciences.

Philosophy and Passion

Dr. Foutz believes in dentistry that is personal, not procedural. He is known for taking time with patients, particularly during exam appointments, to understand each patient’s needs, ease any fears, and build meaningful connections. He understands that many patients experience anxiety and makes it a priority to create a comfortable and informative experience from the very first visit.

One of the most rewarding aspects of his journey has been seeing patients go from pain or self-consciousness to pride in their smile, especially in smile transformations. He also finds fulfillment in providing immediate relief, whether through emergency care or simple, effective interventions.

Personal Life

Dr. Foutz and his wife, who are high school sweethearts recently celebrated their second wedding anniversary, are thrilled to be settling back in Farmington. Both graduates of Kirtland Central High School and The University of New Mexico, they value their shared roots and close-knit community ties. His wife is a practicing Speech Language Pathologist, and together they enjoy golfing, traveling, weightlifting, and exploring new foods. They are also avid sports fans and regulars at Utah Jazz basketball and Utah Mammoth hockey games. A recent mission trip to the Dominican Republic reinforced Dr. Foutz’s commitment to service and opened his eyes to the global need for compassionate dental care.

For Dr. Foutz dentistry isn’t a profession; it is a longterm scalling. He is excited to help grow a practice that delivers excellent care while remaining deeply rooted in the values of service, respect, and trust. With mentorship from Dr. Cole, and the superb work of the entire Integrity Dental team, he looks forward to helping patients across generations smile with confidence.
